penjualan produk bioenergi serta penanaman hasil pertanian bagi membekalkan bahan mentah
yang diperlukan untuk biojisim organik.
Di bawah JVSA yang dimeterai pada 25 Jun 2025, kedua-dua pihak akan menubuhkan sebuah
syarikat tujuan khas (SPV) iaitu BDB Energise Sdn Bhd, di mana BDB akan memegang 51%
kepentingan dan Energise akan memegang baki 49%.
Usaha sama ini bertujuan mengenal pasti, membangun dan melaksanakan sistem solar fotovolta,
solar atas bumbung, serta inisiatif tenaga bersih lain untuk pelanggan sektor awam dan swasta.

The Malaysian Reserve: Bina Darulaman enters JV with Energise Sdn Bhd for renewable energy push

BINA Darulaman Bhd (BDB) has entered into a joint venture cum shareholders agreement (JVSA) with Energise Sdn Bhd to collaborate on renewable energy (RE) and energy efficiency projects in Kedah and beyond.

Under the JVSA signed on June 25, 2025, the parties will form a special purpose vehicle (SPV), BDB Energise Sdn Bhd, in which BDB will hold a 51% stake and Energise the remaining 49%.

The joint venture aims to identify, develop, and implement solar photovoltaic systems, rooftop solar, and other clean energy initiatives for state and private-sector clients.

It will also explore energy performance contracting (EPC), net energy metering (NEM), and energy audits.
