OVERVIEW

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diplomaor equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in IT related field.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-learner and able to work under pressure
REQUIREMENT

  1. Identify the causes of networking (problems, troubleshooting and problem solving.

  2. Responsible for end-user desktop support, and the maintenance of servers and other networked devices.

  3. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.

  4. Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.

  5. People Skills & Friendly, Helpful Attitude

  6. Have knowledge in Programming & Database
